Assistant Manager Customer Account Management

This is a Key Account role for Super/Hyper Category in the modern trade, responsible for managing customer relationships, developing strategies, and driving sales growth.

Requirements

• Manage operating departmental budgets and costs
• Develop and implement processes and strategies for assigned customers
• Monitor team key performance indicators achievement
• Identify short-term business needs and objectives of key customers
• Manage annual negotiations, including trading terms and conditions
• Develop deep insights and actionable recommendations from post-evaluation analyses
• Manage reporting of sales and projected sales/margin forecasts
• Develop and build relationships with customers and a network of contacts
• Work closely with cross-functional teams
