Manager Customer Account Management

This is a Key Account role for Super/Hyper Category in the modern trade, responsible for managing operating departmental budgets and costs, developing and implementing processes and strategies for assigned customers, and managing annual negotiations.

Requirements

• Manage operating departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation
• Develop and implement processes and strategies for assigned customers
• Manage annual negotiations, including trading terms and conditions
• Manage and monitor 5P execution performance
• Develop deep insights and actionable recommendations from post-evaluation analyses
• Manage reporting of sales and projected sales/margin forecasts
• Develop, monitor and recommend improvement initiatives on business processes, customer services and new techniques
