Job Description
dLocal is seeking a dedicated Execution and Enablement Manager to lead operational excellence within their Payin network. This role involves managing relationships with processors, vendors, and key partners, driving improvements in operations, and ensuring smooth integration of new payment methods. The company emphasizes a remote-first, customer-centric, and international culture.
Requirements
- 6+ years in payments/fintech operations, partner/processor or issuing and acquiring management (experience with card schemes and APMs strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to negotiate pricing, SLAs and commercial agreements with partners.
- Strong understanding of payment flows and operations (APIs, webhooks, credentials, routing, settlement, reconciliation).
- Proficient with Excel/Sheets; SQL or BI tools a plus.
- Excellent communication and ability to influence across functions and with external partners.
- Working knowledge of scheme mandates, fines processes, and operational compliance (AML/KYC considerations).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer science, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
