Job Description
dLocal is a global payments processor and merchant of record expanding into emerging markets, offering access to merchants worldwide. They are seeking an Execution & Enablement Manager to lead operational excellence, manage key partners, and drive performance improvements for their Payins network. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, performance optimization, and ensuring smooth merchant integrations.
Requirements
- 6+ years in payments/fintech operations
- Proven ability to negotiate pricing, SLAs and commercial agreements with partners
- Strong understanding of payment flows & operations (APIs, webhooks, etc.)
- Proficient with Excel/Sheets; SQL or BI tools a plus
- Strong understanding of scheme mandates, fines processes, and operational compliance
