Job Description
dLocal is seeking a Vice President - Operations APAC to oversee strategy and partnership operations in Africa, enabling local payments processing for international merchants. This role requires a leader to collaborate with senior leadership, drive business development, manage regulatory compliance, and ensure operational excellence across APAC. The ideal candidate will have strong cross-cultural leadership skills, experience in cross-border payments, and a proven track record of building relationships and driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements

- Proven experience in cross- border payments payments or other financial systems all over APAC
- Proven success partnering and working cross-functionally to make things happen.
- Significant experience negotiating and executing contracts and agreements.
