HR Business Partner Lead

As the HR Business Partner Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, strengthening, and professionalizing the HR agenda at dnata Netherlands. You will lead and coach a team of three HR Business Partners while driving strategic HR initiatives and transformation projects that enable organizational growth, leadership capability, workforce excellence, and business performance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a comparable academic field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including significant time as HR Business Partner.
• Demonstrated experience leading HR teams and managing multiple parallel projects.
• Proven stakeholder management experience at a senior leadership level.
• Strong understanding of Dutch labor law, HR governance, and modern people practices.
• Skilled in translating strategy into execution, with strong analytical capability and a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills in English (Dutch is a strong advantage).
• Agile mindset with the ability to navigate change and complexity in a dynamic, operational environment.
• Strong coaching style and focus on enabling leaders to grow people capabilities within their teams.
