Requirements
- Advise and challenge (line) management on HR topics, leadership, absence, and development.
- Drive performance management and enhance strategic workforce planning.
- Lead HR projects that take our processes and HR policy to a higher level.
- Coach and support leaders in their role as inspiring people leaders.
- Translate HR data into insights that guide teams and the management.
