• Relevant education and experience in a comparable position in upscale gastronomy
• Comprehensive knowledge of food, wine, and drinks
• Leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
• Flexibility in terms of working hours, including evenings and weekends
• Very good German and English skills
