Job Description
DOCOsoft is seeking a dynamic and experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join our team. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will be an integral member of our People and Culture department, collaborating closely with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with organisational goals and foster a culture of high performance and engagement.
Requirements
- Third-level HR qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an HR Generalist or Business Partner
- Hands-on experience managing HR compliance with UK and Ireland employment legislation
- CIPD or equivalent professional membership
- Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant HR software
