Job Description
DOCS Health is seeking independent Physician Assistants to partner with military service members, providing healthcare services under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP). The role involves assisting with physical health assessments, reviewing medical records, and identifying concerns. Weekend shifts are typical, with occasional weekdays in Montana.
Requirements
- Active PA license in the state
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Experience with Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health (preferred)
- Experience with mobile medical services (preferred)
- Knowledge of Military systems and protocols (preferred)
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments
- Work extended hours
- Ability to work in various locations
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Not required: Diagnose, treat, or prescribe medications
