Physician Assistant

DOCS Health is seeking independent Physician Assistants to provide health readiness services to military members. This is a weekend-based position with occasional weekday availability in Montana, requiring adherence to the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP). The role involves assessing and reviewing service member medical records, conducting interviews, and documenting results for readiness classification.

Requirements

• Supervising Physician may be required depending on the state
• Active PA license in the state
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Experience with Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health - preferred
• Experience with mobile medical services - preferred
• Knowledge of Military systems, protocols, and terminology - preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge and skills
• Not Required - Diagnose, treat, or prescribe medications
• Not Required - Assist with administration, research, or billing.
