Requirements
- Minimum Experience: Experienced
- Bachelor’s Degree with more than 5 years of related Business Development and Account Management experience in Employee Benefits, Insurance or Financial Advisory sectors
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with HR stakeholders and business leaders
- Proactive business development go-getter, looking to push beyond good, with desire to achieve excellent sales results
- Highly motivated and innovative individual possessing the ability to work under pressure and to continuously meet tight deadlines and service standards
- Confident in delivering presentations and conducting training sessions with both small groups and senior audiences
- Well-organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple projects and timelines concurrently
- Proactive, adaptable and able to work collaboratively across internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges
- Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
