We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Executive/Senior Executive to support our Business Development Managers in their efforts to deepen engagement with key clients, operationalise new deals and effectively handle post-sales inquiries.
Requirements
- Support Business Development managers in their strategy to deepen engagement level with key clients, upsell DA other products and develop the business pipeline.
- Build rapport with the working-team of key clients as part of stakeholder management.
- Responsible for overall coordination with internal business partners to operationalise all deals, to ensure timeliness of service delivery, project rollout, requirement fulfilment and ensure accuracy of data to facilitate efficient engagement.
- Recognize and address concerns brought up by the client, collaborate with internal stakeholders to find solutions, and provide timely feedback to the customer.
- Proactively communicate relevant information to various other areas to ensure they have the necessary understanding to make decisions.
- Maintain easy, quick and high-quality interactions with all touch points and escalate resolutions in a swift and client centric manner.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations, tender proposals, pricing and other pitch related documents.
- Support the preparation and issue new contracts and renewal documentation within agreed timeframes.
- Support development and implementation of technical parameters, policies, and frameworks for others to work around with.
