Job Description
We're looking for a Head of Engineering to define and execute the technical strategy, lead and grow the core engineering and QA teams, and establish best practices for development, testing, and deployment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in a leadership role
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Experience with agile development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
