Requirements
- Hire A-players: work with the co-founders and executive team to calibrate roles and seniorities, hire the best talent in the world, and create hiring playbooks
- Act like a founder: go beyond scope of work and priorities, build world-class Recruitment KPIs, closely monitor data and make informed decisions about how and whom to hire
- Put together the best: build out Recruitment KPIs, closely monitor data and make informed decisions about how and whom to hire
- Build the Talent team: hire other recruiters to work with on scaling the team as the business keeps growing
- Scope, plan, and execute People and Talent programs: work closely together with the other Talent Lead to execute on the hiring plan and put in place robust, scalable programs and initiatives to support future growth
