DolarApp is looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build world-class Engineering and Data functions. You will work with the founders and TA team to execute on roles and improve the Recruitment function to attract, hire, and retain world's best talent.
Requirements
- Hire A-players and work with the co-founders and executive team to calibrate roles and seniorities
- Act like a founder and go beyond scope of work and priorities
- Put together the best Recruitment KPIs and monitor data to make informed decisions about hiring
- Build the Talent team and hire other recruiters to work with you on scaling the team
- Scope, plan, and execute People and Talent programs
