General Manager of Makris Restaurants

Domes Resorts is seeking a passionate and energetic General Manager for their Makris Athens restaurant in Athens. The role involves overseeing all restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing finances, and leading the team. This is a contract position focused on creating a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining high standards of food and beverage service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
• WSET certification (will be considered a qualification) very good knowledge of English and Ms-Office.
