Requirements
- Hold a diploma in industrial mechanics or a DEC in mechanical engineering
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the sawmilling industry
- Be recognized as a safe person who makes no compromises on safety
- Have recognized interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team
- Ability to analyze, synthesize, and be resourceful
- Leadership and ability to develop the skills of colleagues
- Ability to manage priorities
