Job Description
Domtar is seeking a Pulp & Power Supervisor to join their team in Johnsonburg, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising operating and shift maintenance personnel, ensuring safety, environment, and quality issues are addressed, and assisting superintendents in prioritizing maintenance needs and operator training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or similar discipline
- Previous supervisory experience
- Experience in the Pulp and Paper industry
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Superior leadership skills
- Willingness to work overtime and off-schedule hours as needed
