Job Description
Domtar is seeking a Senior Electrical Reliability Engineer to maintain and improve the reliability of the mill-wide Electrical Distribution System. This role involves continuous improvement methodologies, collaborating with operations and support teams, and reporting on KPIs. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience in electrical reliability, distribution systems, or related field.
- Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with reliability tracking systems.
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to advise, recommend, delegate, and lead/supervise employees.
