Job Description
Complete Building Services is seeking a Building Management System (BMS) Operator to monitor, control, and optimize the performance of campus buildings. This role involves system operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring the efficient functioning of HVAC controls, energy management systems, and electronic monitoring devices. The BMS Operator will be responsible for ensuring the facility supports institutional goals related to energy conservation and occupant comfort.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BMS operation, programming, maintenance, and optimization
- Strong understanding of HVAC automation, control theory, and energy management principles
- Industry certifications like Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Automation Professional (CAP), or BACnet® International Certification preferred
- Experience with Siemens, Johnson Controls, Schneider Electric, Trane, or other leading BMS platforms preferred
