Job Description
The General Maintenance Worker performs maintenance and repair on building equipment and structures, including HVAC, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and general labor. The role involves replacing parts, repairing systems, and assisting other staff with their duties. This is a temporary position lasting approximately 6-8 weeks.
Requirements
- 3 years of building maintenance experience
- Experience in carpentry, light electrical, light plumbing, painting, and mechanical buildings systems
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Driver's License
