HVAC Technician

AAA Complete Building Services seeks a full-time HVAC Technician with a Maryland Journeyman HVAC license to support an academic facility in Baltimore, MD. The HVAC Mechanic will oversee the facility's HVAC systems and equipment to ensure proper operations and preventative maintenance of components and equipment.

Requirements

• Install, assemble, troubleshoot, modify, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Repair steam traps, relief, and control valves.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system problems as assigned
• Maintain HVAC equipment in sound operating condition
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as directed
