Job Description
Complete Building Services is seeking a Part-Time Stationary Engineer (SE) based in Culpeper, VA. This role involves inspecting, testing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, including equipment, building systems, and related infrastructure. The SE will also perform preventive maintenance, refrigerant recovery, and building systems management tasks. Shift is every other Sunday, from 00:00 to 12:00 PM.
Requirements
- Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair HVAC systems and associated equipment
- Maintain plant and equipment in sound operating condition
- Provide direction and support to subcontractors
- Accurately document work performed on trouble tickets or work orders
- Operate and perform Preventive Maintenance on HVAC and associated equipment
- Perform Refrigerant recovery and recycling
- Operate Building Energy management System (EMS) and Building Controls
- Perform other related duties as assigned
