Engineering Director, Mobile Applications

The Engineering Director, Mobile Applications will define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for our mobile application across iOS and Android platforms. They will establish and maintain a mature software development lifecycle (SDLC) for mobile app updates and monitor app performance using analytics tools. The role will also lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional division of mobile app developers, CMS engineers, QA and other technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for our mobile application across iOS and Android platforms
• Establish and maintain a mature software development lifecycle (SDLC) for mobile app updates
• Monitor app performance using analytics tools
• Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional division of mobile app developers, CMS engineers, QA and other technical stakeholders
• Work closely with product managers, designers, content creators, and other teams
• Proven experience (8+ years) in managing cross-functional teams developing iOS and Android apps
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong technical background with expertise in mobile application technologies
