Assistant Manager

Assist the General Manager in executing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including managing entire operation, maintaining critical standards, and ensuring guest service meets company standards.

Requirements

• One to three years of management in a high volume restaurant preferred, QSR experience strongly preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and employee relation skills required.
• Must be detail oriented and able to oversee restaurant operations and multiple areas simultaneously.
• Must be able to perform under pressure in a high volume restaurant, including moving and responding quickly for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent customer service skills, good manners, proper personal hygiene, positive attitude, and promptness required.
