Deputy Shift Manager (m/f/d)

As a Deputy Shift Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that production runs efficiently, safely, and smoothly. You will coordinate employees, control automated systems, and ensure adherence to legal requirements in quality, hygiene, and safety. The role involves both production and warehouse management, ensuring operational readiness of facilities and managing inventory.

Requirements

• Technical training (e.g., mechanic, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, machine and plant operator)
• Commercial qualification (e.g., industrial clerk, office management clerk, forwarding clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk) with technical affinity
• ERP experience (e.g., Navision) is ideal
• Empathetic team player with commitment and willingness to learn
• Conscientious, independent, and proactive worker
• Very good knowledge of German (at least B2)
• Solid knowledge of English (at least B1)
