Deputy Shift Manager - Nights

Deputy Shift Manager - Nights job is a night shift role working Sunday to Thursday 10pm to 6am. The purpose is to support the shift management to effectively manage the production and warehouse operation of the Andover Site during the shift. The role requires experience in a Production and track record of managing large operational functions or whole autonomous site.

Requirements

• Experience in a Production
• Track record of managing large operational functions or whole autonomous site
• Demonstrable knowledge of operating production, ideally including warehouse and sanitation
• Proven ability of taking ownership for delivery of results
• Ability to manage and motivate large diverse teams
• Knowledge of how to manage and lead factory and warehouse
• Resilient, balanced and calm in challenging situations
