Job Description
DREAM, founded in 1991 and now serving over 2,500 youth, is seeking dynamic After School Youth Workers to lead daily activities in East Harlem and the South Bronx. This part-time position involves providing academic support, social-emotional learning, enrichment, and sports programming to 18-20 students. The role offers professional development and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older by the start date
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with group work (classroom or youth development setting preferred)
- High energy and enthusiasm
