Job Description
DREAM is a youth development program serving East Harlem and South Bronx, serving over 2,500 youth annually. They offer a range of after-school programs including sports, social-emotional learning, and academic support in a supportive environment. The position is part-time and seasonally, with professional development opportunities and potential for a full-time teaching fellowship.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with school-age children
- Experience with behavior management (positively preferred)
- High energy, warmth and enthusiasm
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Effective communication skills
