This Senior Amazon Director role focuses on client satisfaction and retention, overseeing operations and leading a team to drive strategy and new ideas. Requirements

• 1+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience or equivalent knowledge.
• 2+ years of agency experience or comparable experience.
• 2+ years of management experience, including direct reports and experience in hiring/performance management.
• Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in project management tools.
• Strong understanding of workplace tools (Zoom, Slack, ClickUp).
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
