Job Description
Our Corporate IT Engineering team is seeking a highly motivated Fleet Engineer to manage and optimize a global endpoint fleet across Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS. The role focuses on ensuring secure, reliable, and seamless device experiences for employees, leveraging Dropbox's Zero Trust security program and modernizing endpoint management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in endpoint management platforms and enjoy balancing security with user experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS endpoints at scale.
- Strong understanding of Intune, Jamf Pro, and Google Admin.
- Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Solid understanding of endpoint security practices.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
