Fleet Engineer, Corporate IT

Our Corporate IT Engineering team is seeking a highly motivated Fleet Engineer to manage and optimize our global endpoint fleet. This role focuses on maintaining secure, reliable, and seamless device experiences, enabling productivity through modern endpoint management and incorporating Dropbox's Zero Trust security program. The engineer will work closely with Security, Corporate Infrastructure, and IT Support to deliver streamlined onboarding and self-service capabilities.

Requirements

• Manage and maintain endpoint fleet (Windows, macOS, ChromeOS).
• Monitor device health, performance, and compliance.
• Provide technical support and training.
• Develop and maintain user documentation.
