Dropit is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Executive Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations, drive major deals, and ensure the financial stability and growth of the company.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience
• Significant experience in M&A and banking strategies
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving organizational success
• Experience in leading and managing global teams, with a deep understanding of cross-cultural management and global financial landscapes
• Deep understanding of the retail and technology sectors, with the ability to navigate complex financial landscapes
• Experience working with or serving on a board of directors, with strong governance and compliance knowledge
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
