Fitness Front Desk Attendant - Part-time Nights and weekends

Clifton Fitness Center is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their team. The Fitness Front Desk Attendant will be responsible for greeting members, managing front desk operations, and promoting a positive environment. This role involves answering inquiries, processing memberships, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth gym operations.

Requirements

• Greet and welcome members and guests with a positive attitude.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Process membership registrations, renewals, and cancellations.
• Manage member accounts and update information.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with tours of the facility.
• Promote fitness services and gym merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
