Job Description
DRW is a diversified trading firm seeking a Business Analyst to join their team in Chicago. The role focuses on identifying, prioritizing, and accelerating the use of proprietary electronic options execution platforms. The Analyst will collaborate with various teams to ensure projects are well-planned, executed, and deliverable. They will also provide updates to senior management.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of electronic options trading in FICC (and crypto) markets
- Knowledge of options risk, pricing, and operational processes
- Previous experience developing detailed technology requirements
- Experience using software documentation tools
- Experience with Jira, Miro, Confluence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or quantitative field or material equivalent exposure
