Job Description
DTCC is seeking a Director of Software Engineering to lead the development and testing of software systems for their financial markets settlement solutions. This role involves collaborating with architects, product managers, and end-users, proposing solutions, and mitigating risk. Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
- Experience with Java, Web Services, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, and modern web applications
- Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.
- Experience with AWS cloud stack
- Experience with Kafka, Kafka APIs, and tooling
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Leadership and people management skills
