Job Description
DTCC is seeking a Director of Software Engineering to drive innovation and provide investment in professional development. The role focuses on creating, designing, deploying, and supporting applications within the firm, working closely with business partners and clients. Requirements
- 17+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership or managerial role
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Kafka, REST APIs, Microservices, Cloud-native development (AWS), distributed systems, DevOps, Agile methodologies, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale modernization projects in financial services or similar domains.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
