Job Description
Dunbar Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Change Management & Readiness Lead to support an ERP Readiness and Tool Selection engagement with a higher education institution. The role involves leading organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement and communication planning, and change risk identification, among other responsibilities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in organizational change management, transformation advisory, or stakeholder engagement leadership
- Experience in technology-enabled transformation (ERP, HCM, SIS, LMS, CRM, etc.)
- Strong facilitation and communication abilities across executive, functional, and end-user audiences
- Experience in higher education or public sector preferred
- Familiarity with change frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, ACMP) is beneficial
