Organizational Change Management Lead, ERP Implementation and Transformation

Mackenzie Health is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Lead to support the modernization of its human resources, finance, payroll, and supply chain services. This role will focus on leading the people side of change, developing and implementing change strategies, and ensuring employee readiness to manage the ERP implementation. The successful candidate will collaborate with project team members and stakeholders to facilitate a smooth transition and adoption of new processes.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in Business, Psychology, or related combination of education & experience
• 5+ years of related experience delivering change management programs in complex environments
• Proficient in constructing presentations and communications tailored to diverse audience needs
• Strong leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to build credibility and foster strong relationships
• Proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment
• Experience creating large, complex training plans and knowledge transfer plans
• Thorough knowledge in communication best practices and approaches

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills
