Swiss CNC Operator

The Swiss CNC Operator will operate 2 Spindle CNC machines, analyzing blueprints, loading materials, and verifying parts conformance to specifications. This role involves measuring parts, identifying non-conforming items, and maintaining a clean work environment. The position requires effective communication and computer skills.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of CNC experience
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to measure parts accurately
• Advanced blueprint reading skills
• Advanced computer skills
• Basic math and reading skills
• Knowledge of tooling
• Ability to change tooling and adjust offsets
• Knowledge of gages
• Knowledge of SPC and Vantage
• Safety-minded
• Communication skills
