Job Description
We are looking for a calculator to work on challenging new build projects in the housing and utility sectors. As a calculator, you will determine and control direct costs of projects, prepare risk analyses, and make budget plans. You will work in a hybrid environment, meeting with clients and visiting construction sites. We are a family business with strong ambitions and a focus on sustainability and innovation.
Requirements
- MBO or HBO diploma in building
- Experience in forming prices within (stacked) housing or utility construction projects
- Analytical and client-focused attitude
- Well-structured and clear way of working
- Affinity with new developments and technologies, such as 3D and virtual reality
