We are looking for a Service & Maintenance Coordinator to lead the service & maintenance team and improve customer satisfaction. As a natural leader, you will inspire and motivate your team, improve processes, and ensure excellent service.
Requirements
- Experience in a leadership position within the construction industry or a comparable sector
- Customer-focused approach and ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Experience with process optimization and the PDCA cycle
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with internal and external stakeholders
- Eye for financial aspects of service and maintenance projects
