Job Description
We are looking for a Service Coordinator who is responsible for coordinating service and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can work with customers, technicians, and contract managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a service-oriented or coordinating role, preferably in mechanical engineering or electrical installations
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and good communication skills
- MBO or HBO work and thinking level
- Knowledge of mechanical or electrical installations is an asset
- Experience with MS Office and preferably maintenance software Syntess
- Good command of the Dutch language in writing and speaking
- Technical insight or affinity with installation technology
- Stress resistance and problem-solving skills
- A valid VCA certificate is an asset
