F&A GBS - Intern - Accounting/Finance - Accounts Payable

The F&A GBS - Accounting/Finance - Accounts Payable Intern will assist in Accounts Payable activities for the E&A, performing timely and accurate invoice processing, investigating and resolving invoice mismatches, and supporting vendor and buyer queries.

Requirements

• Performing timely and accurate invoice processing.
• Investigating and resolving any invoice mismatches in the system or rejecting/returning invoices as per agreed procedure.
• Vendor statement, debit balance, and GR/IR reconciliations.
• Supporting not only the assigned region but also the overall AP function.
• Working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) objectives for the month.
• Tracking and supporting vendor and buyer queries within GBS SLAs.
