- Oversee daily administration of health, wellness, retirement, and leave programs
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Deliver clear, engaging benefits communications and training
- Administer leave programs and ensure accurate tracking and reporting
- Analyze benefits utilization and costs
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders on benefits strategy and budgeting
