F&A GBS - Specialist

Perform order management activities, monitor and resolve issues, maintain customer master data, and manage orders end-to-end. Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless order flow and excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Perform day-to-day order management activities
• Monitor and resolve order and sales interface issues
• Maintain master data and related tables
• Manage and process orders end-to-end
• Communicate product changes to customers
• Resolve electronic invoicing issues
• Coordinate appointment requests for deliveries
• Track prepayments and tax-related conditions
• Prioritize shipments
• Monitor correct order posting in SAP
• Liaise with internal departments
• Manage daily reporting
• Building customer knowledge
• Managing delivery issues
• Support business improvement initiatives
• Ensure process documentation is accurate
• Collaborate closely with all departments
