Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma
- Perfectly bilingual in English and French (both oral and written)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and case management skills
- Demonstrated analytical skills and strategic thinking
- MS Office suite mastery (including Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to all types of situations and interlocutors, and meet tight deadlines
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
