Job Description
Dyne Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director of Statistical Programming to ensure the program is running smoothly, adhering to SOPs, and contributing to process optimization. The role involves managing statistical programming activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing expertise in regulatory submissions. Requirements
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in statistics, biostatistics, computer science, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in statistical programming within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Proficiency in SAS
- Strong knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM) and regulatory requirements for clinical trials
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy
