Job Description
Dyne Therapeutics is seeking a Manager, HR Operations & Onboarding to enhance HR operational functions, including onboarding, HRIS administration, benefits coordination, and process optimization. This role focuses on creating an engaging and seamless experience for new hires, maintaining data integrity, and driving automation. The position requires collaboration with Talent Acquisition, IT, and HR Business Partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of HR operations experience
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and Greenhouse ATS (preferred)
- Experience designing and managing onboarding programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
